hey, i'm curt.
I'm a Former 5-Star Executive Chef who helps senior leaders make the RIGHT next career move.
I've Been Where You Are Right Now
By age 39 I was "successful" by every external measure...
Executive Chef at a 5-Star establishment where precision, excellence, and uncompromising standards were non-negotiable. International culinary experience. Professional respect among peers. Financial security.
And I was absolutely miserable.
Each morning, I'd drag myself out of bed, wondering how someone who "had it all" could feel so damn empty inside. I was 50 pounds overweight, developing a drinking problem, and watching my relationships deteriorate while I pretended everything was fine.
Sound familiar?
The truth is, I kept telling myself I could figure it all out on my own. That's what high-achievers do, right? We solve problems.
But this was different. And it cost me almost 5 years of my life before I admitted I needed help.
can you relate?
Some fun facts about me...
▶︎ I wake up at 4am to work out. Pushing physical limits sets the tone for everything else. (In better shape in my 50s than I was in my 30s.)
▶︎ I don't do sugar-coating. You'll get the unfiltered truth because that's what you need.
▶︎ Still a chef at heart. I approach coaching like a recipe—precise, structured, and results-oriented.
▶︎ I've failed more than I've succeeded. Each setback taught me how to help clients avoid the same pitfalls.
