Terms & Conditions

This agreement is made between:
Coach: Curt Sassak ("Coach")

By purchasing a coaching package from the Coach, the Client agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Coaching Services

Coach agrees to provide the following:

  • One (1) private coaching session per week for six (6) or twelve (12) weeks, depending on the package selected.

  • Each session will last approximately 45 minutes.

  • Sessions are conducted via [Google meet or Zoom].
  •  
  • Sessions are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement.

  • Reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice (no-call/no-show) are forfeited and will not be rescheduled.

  • Coach will wait up to 10 minutes from the scheduled start time; after that, the session is considered a no-show.

  • Client also receives access to the Coach via WhatsApp (1-325-200-1299) for additional support, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Central Time.
    • WhatsApp support is for brief check-ins, questions, and progress updates—not full coaching sessions.

    • Messages received outside of business hours will be addressed on the next business day.

    • Abuse of this access (e.g., excessive messaging, inappropriate use) may result in revocation of WhatsApp privileges without refund.

2. Online Program Access

  • The coaching package includes access to a proprietary online course (the “Program”) for the Client’s personal development.

  • The Program is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for personalized coaching, therapy, or legal/professional advice.

  • The Client may not share, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Program or its content.

  • Program access is for the Client only and is non-transferable.

  • Program access continues for [insert duration, e.g., the length of the coaching package / lifetime access / 6 months from enrollment], at the Coach’s discretion.

  • No portion of the online course is refundable under any circumstance.

3. Payment Terms

  • The Client agrees to pay the full package fee upfront or via an approved installment plan.

  • Installments must be paid on time. Failure to pay within five (5) calendar days of the due date will result in a $75 late fee and immediate suspension of all services—including coaching sessions and course access—until payment is made in full.

  • The Client remains responsible for full payment of the package, regardless of participation or completion.

4. Refund Policy

  • All payments are final and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.

  • The Client acknowledges that coaching and online learning require personal effort, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

  • Requests for refunds, discounts, or partial payments due to financial hardship or unforeseen circumstances after the start of the program will not be honored.

5. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

  • Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance via email or text.

  • No-call/no-show sessions are forfeited. They will not be rescheduled or refunded.

  • A forfeited session counts toward the total number of sessions in the package.

  • Coach will wait up to 10 minutes past the scheduled start time; after that, the session is considered a no-show.

6. Confidentiality

  • All personal information shared in coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law or in the case of potential harm to self or others.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All coaching materials, worksheets, videos, and course content remain the sole property of the Coach.

  • The Client receives a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

  • Copying, sharing, selling, or repurposing any material is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Termination

  • The Coach reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time due to inappropriate behavior, harassment, or breach of these terms. A prorated refund may be issued for unused sessions at the Coach’s sole discretion.

  • The Client may not cancel the agreement once coaching has begun. The Client is responsible for completing payments in full.

9. Disclaimer

  • Coaching and digital programs are not therapy, counseling, or legal/financial advice.

  • The Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. The Client is responsible for applying what is learned.

10. Jurisdiction

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in [Your City and State].

11. Entire Agreement

This agreement reflects the entire understanding between Coach and Client and overrides all prior agreements, communications, or understandings.

DIGITAL COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing and accessing the digital course (“Course”) offered by the Provider, the Customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

  • The Customer acknowledges that by purchasing the Course, they gain immediate access to proprietary content, and refunds are not permitted even if the Course is not completed.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided in the Course—including videos, downloads, documents, and recordings—is the sole property of the Provider and is protected by copyright laws.

  • The Customer may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, sell, or distribute any part of the Course without written permission from the Provider.

4. Disclaimers

  • The Course is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as therapy, mental health counseling, legal advice, or financial consulting.

  • The Provider makes no guarantees about specific results from applying the content. Outcomes depend on the Customer’s own efforts.

5. Technical Access

  • The Customer is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet access to view and participate in the Course.

  • The Provider will offer basic customer support for login or access issues, but is not responsible for technical issues on the Customer’s end.

6. Termination of Access

  • The Provider reserves the right to revoke access to the Course, without refund, if the Customer violates any part of these Terms, including unauthorized sharing or reproduction of content.

7. Jurisdiction

  • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], USA.

  • Any disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in [Your City and State].

8. Entire Agreement

This agreement represents the full understanding between the Provider and the Customer and supersedes all prior communications.

  • Installments must be paid on the agreed-upon schedule. A $75 late fee will apply if payment is not received within five (5) days of the due date.

  • If payment is missed, access to both coaching sessions and the digital course will be suspended until the account is brought current.

  • The Client is responsible for the entire program fee, even if they do not complete or attend all sessions.

5. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be given for any reason, including but not limited to financial hardship, scheduling conflicts, or failure to complete the Program.

  • The Client understands they are purchasing access to both a live coaching experience and a digital product. Immediate access to the digital course means no part of the Program is refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All Program content—digital, written, verbal, or otherwise—is owned by the Coach and is protected by copyright law.

  • The Client may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

  • Coaching and the digital course are not a substitute for mental health counseling, legal advice, or financial planning.

  • The Coach does not guarantee results. Outcomes depend entirely on the Client’s participation, effort, and follow-through.

8. Termination

  • The Coach reserves the right to remove the Client from the Program without refund in the event of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or breach of these Terms.

  • The Client may not cancel or terminate the agreement once the Program begins. The full fee remains due.

9. Jurisdiction

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States.

  • Any disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in [Your City and State].

10. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the full agreement between the Coach and Client and supersedes all prior communications.
